MADE TO ORDER / SMALL BATCH

Chelsea Bravo Studio items are made to order unless stated as ‘Ready to ship’ in the product description. Please allow 3-4 weeks for production and shipping for made to order items. If you need an item sooner drop an e-mail to see if we can make it happen.

DOMESTIC ORDERS

  • Orders within the US ship via USPS Priority Mail/UPS and typically arrive 2-3 business days after production. Please note that delivery dates are not guaranteed.

  • All orders ship with delivery confirmation which can be used to track your package. We are unable to provide tracking information beyond that supplied by the USPS.

  • Chelsea Bravo Studio is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Please double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages.

  • Standard shipping does not include insurance.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • International orders ship via USPS First Class Mail International and arrive 7-14 days after production for most countries but can take up to 3 weeks. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

  • We are unable to provide tracking information beyond that supplied by the USPS.

  • We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Please double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages.

  • Standard shipping does not include insurance.

  • We will not mark an item as a "gift" or reduce the stated value of the package. This is illegal, and we can be penalized heavily for doing so.

  • Customs and import duties are levied by the receiving country and are therefore the buyer's responsibility.

RETURNS / STORE CREDIT

If for any reason an item does not work out you may return your item(s) within 7 days of receiving your package. To request a return for store credit, please email us with your order number, which can be found in the order confirmation e-mail sent to you. Alternatively, you can simply forward the order confirmation e-mail on to us with your message written above. Kindly state the reason for your return and we will get back to you shortly.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Please ensure returned garments are unworn and in good condition in order to receive your store credit.

  • We will deduct the transaction fees that we are charged to process the return via Paypal or Stripe, depending on your method of payment.

EXCHANGES

  • The original item(s) will have to be sent back to Chelsea Bravo Studio within 7 days of receiving your package.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Upon receiving the item and ensuring it is unworn and in good condition you will be issued a store credit for the amount of the original item(s) and you will be able to place your new order.

  • Your order will produced within the regular 3-4 week production lead time unless it is already available in stock.

  • Chelsea Bravo Studio does the best to recycle and reuse material, so please take extra care of your package, and send any item(s) back in their original packaging.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

  • If you change your mind about an order you have 24 hours to let us know via e-mail. Cancellations for made to order garments made beyond 24hrs will be deemed as store credit.

  • If your order is custom, whereby you have requested something to be done that is specific to you and the production of the order has started you cannot cancel your order.

  • In some circumstances, orders can be combined to save on shipping costs. To combine multiple orders, email us as soon as possible after placing your order.

  • If you’d like to make a change to your order (e.g., different size or colour), we are happy to help as long as your order hasn’t shipped.

  • If you need to make a change to your shipping address, email us as soon as possible. The address can be changed as long as the package has not left the studio. Unfortunately, Chelsea Bravo Studio cannot reroute a package once it has shipped.
